摘要: Cancer results from genetic aberrations that affect multiple intracellular processes, combined with evolution and clonal selection give cancer a significant advantage over heathy cells. Identification of genes processes function improperly in cells is challenge, necessary for the proper understanding cancerogenesis development successful treatment scenarios. This paper shows advantages utilizing data provided by various methods to complement knowledge about alterations regulatory associated cancer. Using four different experiment types focus on mutations indels, gene expression, copy number variation methylation, used study genome 2000 patients treated breast, thyroid prostate cancer, we test some assumptions research coverage mutual exclusivity alterations. We show individual do not allow observe all related assumption valid only alteration types. additionally relationship between violation those clinical data, at level patients, providing comprehensive description analysis strategy its possible impact interpretation data.
