摘要: Background and Purpose Dynamic cerebral autoregulation (dCA) in acute ischemic stroke is probably compromised. Although the characteristics of dCA different types have been largely investigated, embolic undetermined source (ESUS) remains poorly understood. In this group, we aimed to elucidate their relevance clinical outcomes. Methods The study enrolled 77 ESUS patients 50 controls. Bilateral blood flow velocities (CBFV) middle arteries arterial pressure were simultaneously recorded using a transcranial Doppler combined with servo-controlled finger plethysmograph. Transfer function analysis was used obtain parameters including phase, gain, coherence at very low frequency (VLF) (LF), rate recovery (RoRc) CBFV. A multivariable logistic regression model established explore relationship between Results Gain VLF LF, phase RoRc CBFV bilateral hemispheres group consistently worse than those control (all P 13.3%/s an independent predictor favorable outcomes (adjusted odds ratio = 30.95, 95% CI: 5.33-179.81, < 0.001). Conclusions relatively impaired both non-stroke patients, functioning after may indicate
