摘要: Abstract After having defined the general rules for European liberalised energy market, new actions are needed to improve system. In rising common framework, environmental policies and particularly cost-internalising being empowered, in order favour improvements conversion efficiencies promote low impact technologies. The emerging EU policy promotion of cogeneration trigeneration plants that fixes eligibility criteria high efficiency is here discussed.
