摘要: Recent developments in the field of biophotonics facilitate raise interest to inorganic nanoparticles (NPs) doped with Nd 3+ ions, because their near-infrared (NIR) absorption. These NPs are interesting bioimaging probes for deep tissue visualization, while they can also act as local thermometers biological tissues. Despite good possibilities visualization ions NIR spectral range, difficulties arise when studying cellular uptake these using commercially available fluorescence microscopy systems, since selection suitable luminescence detectors is limited. However, able convert radiation into visible light, showing upconversion properties. In this paper we found optimal parameters excite :LaF 3 living cells and compare distribution inside cell culture human macrophages THP-1 obtained by two methods. Firstly, detecting VIS under multiphoton excitation laser scanning confocal secondly, transmission electron microscopy.
