摘要: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are membrane-bound complexes secreted from cells under both physiological and pathological conditions. They contain proteins, nucleic acids lipids act as messengers for cell–cell communication signalling, particularly between immune cells. EV research is a rapidly evolving expanding field, it appears that all biological fluids very large numbers of EVs; they produced have been studied to date, known roles in several reproductive processes. This review analyses the evidence role EVs throughout human reproduction, starting with paternal maternal gametes, followed by establishment continuation successful pregnancies, specific focus, where possible, on interaction system. Importantly, variations within populations identified various disorders, such pre-term labour pre-eclampsia.
