摘要: An easy and useful method reflecting the behaviors of phosphate ions in paper chromatography was proposed. Under some assumption, correlations between Rf distribution ratio Ds or Df solvent extraction filter batch equilibration were investigated. When water-miscible solvents are used, Df-values may reflect Rf-values considerably well. If water-immiscible rather Ds-values Although partition only has so far been considered these types chromatography, results showed that adsorption phenomena cannot entirely be ignored systems like a basic benzyl alcohol system.
