摘要: Abstract A theoretical treatment of the electrical conductance and tracer permeability lipid bilayer membranes in presence macrocyclic ion carriers is given. The analysis based on assumption that complex between carrier formed membrane-solution interface. translocation across membrane described as a transport over an activation energy barrier. It shown some information rate constants may be obtained from existing measurements. For instance, current voltage characteristic lecithin monactin indicates rate-determining step interior membrane.
