摘要: On 25 September 2015, the UN General Assembly adopted 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Declaration outlined 17 ambitious goals and 169 challenging targets. One of most substantial was raising awareness sustainable development, particularly within context developing world. following year, Saudi Arabia launched its Vision 2030; aiming at a “vibrant society”, “thriving economy” an “ambitious nation”, through investing massively in health, education, infrastructure, among others. emphasised significance youth whom more than half are below age 25. However, to mobilise this precious segment society achieve prosperous future, there is need mainstreaming sustainability, universities. Universities present significant medium which sustainability issues can be imbued youth, who future leaders. As critical agents change, students, other key stakeholders, crucial enablers bright future. This paper investigates environmental behaviour public universities Arabia. It provides insight into attitude, knowledge sustainability. main purpose research highlight gaps between policy practice. Therefore, would great importance help decision-makers formulate evidence-based strategies ‘fill’ these gaps.
