摘要: The kinetic features of Lewis lung carcinoma (3LL) and two in vitro vivo derivative lines were studied by flow cytometry. C108 BC215 show the same tetraploid DNA content a very similar cell cycle structure, characterized prevalent S fraction. Also, lines, original 3LL M1087, content, while BM21548 is hyperdiploid mode broader distribution values. No difference modal value found between each primary tumor corresponding metastases for all lines. In addition, an increase G1 component to decrease fraction observed during growth. These related some malignant properties such as growth pattern metastatic potential. Our findings indicate that direct correlation not always possible establish.
