摘要: Grounded in the theory of dynamic capabilities, our study offers a conceptualization IS strategy that comprises two sets capabilities: enterprise IT architecture capability and sourcing capability. We borrow from extant literature define as capacity an organization to purposefully extend, create or modify its competencies for tight alignment with firm’s business strategy; we offer concept resource base support creation modification strategy. theorize on how these capabilities combine form firm strategy, which either helps respond rapid changes environment bring about may turn provoke thus provide competitive advantage. Our theorizing will be informed by case units facing environmental change.
