摘要: User fees based on vehicle miles traveled (VMT) are receiving much attention in policy debates as a means of financing the road infrastructure by eventually replacing current funding model that uses fuel user fees. By focusing partially modeling driver response to VMT fees, this paper aims investigate potential traffic mobility effects such from operational point view under equilibrium conditions. On basis nonlinear optimization-based conceptual framework, proposed assignment is evaluated assuming heterogeneous values time.
