摘要: The neuropsychological network is a complex structure. To identify processes location and capacity the brain imaging techniques together in combination with other expanding of well elaborated designs provide us multidimensional understanding, contributes to understanding each illicit drug’s character, which importance designing new treatment programs clinical practice. Cannabis, MDMA, amphetamine, cocaine, heroin abusers display both acute effects chronic effects, deficits attention, memory, executive functioning. These may last beyond period intoxication cumulate years use. Cannabis users recruit an alternative neural as compensatory mechanism during performance tasks attention. There some evidence indicating detrimental cannabis on maturing adolescent brain. Stimulant dependence characterized by distributed alteration functional activation. Attenuated anterior posterior cingulate activation, reduced inferior frontal dorsolateral prefrontal cortex altered parietal activation point towards inadequate demand-specific processing information. On individual level they exhibit process-related differences that are consistent shift from context-specific, effortful more stereotyped, habitual response generation. Finally, opiate use appears decrease ability cognitive set inhibit inappropriate tendencies.
