摘要: When selecting coronary stenoses for interventional treatment, assessment of reversible ischaemia is paramount from a symptomatic as well prognostic point view. Fractional flow reserve (FFR) now considered the gold standard invasive ischaemia. By measuring FFR in catheterization laboratory, one can accurately identify which lesions should be stented resulting improved patient outcome most elective clinical and angiographic conditions. Recently, European Society Cardiology guidelines on revascularization, was upgraded to an IA classification multivessel percutanous intervention. In this review paper, rationale routine measurement will reviewed studies supporting its integration into everyday practice highlighted.
