摘要: Calcium (Ca2+) exchange in whole, functional cardiac tissue is complex (Shine et al., 1971). The exchangeable fraction characterized by a minimum of five phases. These include vascular, interstitial, and cellular components that are not unequivocally separable. Quantitation contents ascribable to particular morphological loci fluxes across identifiable membranes possible. A unique model includes the phases, describes Ca2+ flux, capable being tested experimentally cannot be rigorously defined.
