摘要: Electron microscopic studies of the testis were performed on 12 human embryos and fetuses between 9 30 weeks post conceptionem. According to their ultrastructural features, fetal germ cells could be divided into following three stages differentiation: 1) gonocytes, 2) intermediate cells, 3) spermatogonia. Sertoli present among in all testes studied.
