摘要: A non-stationary two-dimensional theory of interaction a surface wave and wide sheet electron beam is developed. This used for studying the problem mode competition non-coherent transverse distribution microwave field in surface-wave generation process. According to numerical simulations based on quasi-optical equation, diffraction provides stable stationary range widths currents. The developed can be applied both oscillator Smith-Purcell free-electron laser, where pi-type eigenmode excitation bunching enhances power radiation at frequency harmonics wave.
