摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to participate in the development and progression of a number different types cancer, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). A recent report has indicated that lncRNA MAFG-antisense 1 (AS1) promotes colorectal cancer. However, role MAFG-AS1 other cancer remains unclear. The aim present study was examine effect HCC. Based on Cancer Genome Atlas database reverse transcription-quantitative PCR results, it determined expression increased HCC tissues cell lines. Following knockdown MAFG-AS1, Cell Counting Kit-8 assay Transwell demonstrated proliferation, migration invasion lines were significantly inhibited.
