摘要: This study provides the first morphological features of resting cysts Cochlodinium polykrikoides collected from Korean coastal sediments. Evidence for existence C. polykrikoides is based on and molecular phylogenetic data germinated cells a cyst. The morphology differed that reported previously in sediments culture experiments. distinct feature cyst body was covered by reticulate ornaments spines.
