摘要: Publisher Summary Gonadotropin-releasing hormone GnRH prolongs estrogen-induced receptivity in the ovariectomized ewe. At same time, existence of different subsets mammalian neurons is suggested to be involved neuroendocrine and behavioral regulation mouse. Besides, more than a dozen isoforms GnRH, which are conserved by 50–90% their amino-acid sequence, known across species. The expression its message enhanced preoptic limbic structures female rat estrus. Estrogen enhances both receptor molecule. Although lack nuclear estrogen α, critically induction lordosis reflex, rules out possible direct estrogen, changes brain content during estrous cycle, persistent females, or those that follow treatment females suggest transsynaptic other non-genomic mechanisms for regulate turnover.
