摘要: Abstract Development of the Zn x Cd 1−x S Cu 2 thin film solar cell is reviewed. The properties and limiting mechanisms junction are discussed compared with those CdS/Cu2S cell. Composition measurements interfacial region realted to a modified model that can account for some not well understood.
