摘要: Synthesis of a material for drug delivery application is fascinating field research. Folic acid (FA) an anticancer and used as initiator the ring opening polymerization ϵ-caprolactone (CL) at 160°C 2 h under N2 atmosphere. The FA end-capped PCL (P1) was effective tetrahydrofuran (THF) in presence phthalic anhydride (PAH) comonomer (P2) 45°C 48 h inert atmospheric condition with mild stirring. obtained polymers were characterized by FTIR, NMR, DSC, TGA, FESEM, GPC, SEM, UV-visible spectrometry, EDAX.
