摘要: The ultrafast methods developed in recent years for quenching oxide materials have greatly expanded the range of prepared amorphous state. Thus group (ultrarapidly quenched - URQ) with ultrahigh cooling rates and having an structure has been added to traditional series glass-crystallizing glass-strongly crystallizing glass. In this work URQ system Nd/sub 2/O/sub 3/-WO/sub 3/ were studied by thermography x-ray phase analysis. results indicate that there are significant quantitative differences between at glasses: values metastability parameter low crystallization is substantially nonequilibrium.
