摘要: While the arterial aspects of erectile impotence recently have received considerable attention, venous component normal and impaired erection has been ignored. In this study leakage was demonstrated by inducing passive erections using a controlled perfusion corpora cavernosa with continuous pressure monitoring. 20 patients activity under standardized flow (80 to 120 ml. per minute) no rigid were obtained perfused liquid escape through deep dorsal vein penis. After ligation improved sufficiently allow satisfactory intercourse in 16 patients. The 4 failures had serious lesions. organic pathological condition should be assessed routinely, since it represents an easily correctable anomaly if inflow is not severely impaired.
