摘要: Type I endoleak after endovascular abdominal repair is associated with a high risk of aneurysm expansion and rupture. Though type can frequently be managed techniques, in this report we describe patient whose was refractory to multiple attempts at repair. The ultimately underwent novel minimally invasive surgical placement an aortic wrap around the infrarenal neck, successfully abolishing endoleak.
