摘要: Abstract This study aims to identify appropriate innovative strategies for solar energy investments both commercial and non-commercial users. For this purpose, TRIZ-based 8 different are identified. Later, these weighted with the interval type-2 fuzzy DEMATEL (IT2 FDEMATEL) method define more important strategies. Thus, main motivation of is figure out weights The findings indicate that replacement mechanical system found as most effective investment strategy projects regarding customers. it recommended companies should give special support their customers respect security issues. Moreover, local quality another significant Therefore, will be provide services according characteristics Within framework, having distribution centers close employing customer representatives who know well culture region can very helpful. Additionally, cushion in advance Hence, would ensure panels. context, necessary measures taken problems such electric shock, material destruction, theft, risk destroying data on computer.
