摘要: Objective: To examine the role of CD10, a characteristic marker liver metastasis colorectal cancers (CRCs). Design: The effect CD10 and Met-enkephalin (MENK) in CD10-positive -negative human CRC cells was investigated under vitro vivo conditions. Human samples were examined. Main outcome measure: CD10-knockdown HT29 CD10-negative CD10-transfected Colo320 nude mice treated with MENK and/or inhibitor (thiorphan). Intracellular signaling ƒO-opioid receptor (DOR) examined by immunoblotting. Results: inhibited growth, invasion, survival following thiorphan-induced inactivation. Thiorphan suppressed cells. Inoculation induced expression liver. Inhibition hepatic cholesterol-conjugated antisense S-oligodeoxynucleotide increased even when did not express CD10. DOR activation decreased phosphorylation epidermal growth factor extracellular signal-regulated kinase p38-dependent apoptosis. Nitric oxide found to induce Co-treatment thiorphan nitric donor had marked antitumor on Of 68 patients, 19 (28%) showed expression, which dependent extent metastasis. concentration metastasis-positive higher than that normal Conclusion: abrogates degrading it, enhances
