摘要: The 5S rDNA sequences have been mapped on four pairs of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) chromosomes using in situ hybridization and monotelotrisomic lines. are located, genetically physically, the short arm chromosome 1 (7I) long arms 2 (2I) 3 (3I). sequence is also located physically 4 (4I).
