摘要: The incorporation of hydroflumethiazide with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was found to retard and enhance the dissolution drug from compressed discs, magnitude effect being dependent on proportion PVP present its method incorporation. most active system dissolved sixteen times faster than pure hydroflumethiazide. Low concentrations were also decrease apparent solubility while at high enhanced. X-ray infrared analysis systems suggested presence an amorphous form in coprecipitate systems. data consistent a physical model which takes account roles played by crystalline together complexing crystal growth inhibiting
