摘要: Continued use of chemical pesticides causes environmental pollution in Iran and other countries. The botanical compounds such as plant extracts is considered an alternative to synthetic pesticides. In this study, insecticidal activities the nanoencapsulated leaf Melia azedarach Iranian origin were evaluated for first time. current composition extract coated nanoliposomes on adults Trialeurodes vaporariorum Myzus persicae evaluated. Results indicated that (uncoated nanoliposomes) more toxic T. vaporariorum. M. (leaf) morphology was determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) optical (OM). results TEM OM spherical shape. major components follows: benzenedicarboxylic acid (41.307%), ethyl benzoate (16.18%) isoxazole (6.13%). fumigant toxicity had ordered relationship with concentration time exposure. Probit analysis showed LC50 values 492.85 547.65 ppm 48-h exposure, respectively. mortality percentage pure loaded 20 days after production 13% 83% obtained, overall has high potential controlling pests.
