摘要: Abstract Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (CAMP) was measured in sea urchin eggs by the binding assay method of Gilman and with a radioimmune procedure. Intracellular concentrations nucleotide unfertilized were about 1.5 × 10−7 M rose to 3 times this value at first cleavage. Aminophylline, known inhibitor phosphodiesterase shown cause an increase intracellular levels CAMP cleavage inhibit activity homogenates both fertilized eggs. Puromycin its purine component, 6-dimethylaminopurine (DMAP), did not order magnitude higher than those which they cell division.
