摘要: Under specific conditions where neither induced aggregation nor fusion is brought about, the adsorption of polysaccharides on liposomal membranes was investigated by fluorescence depolarization technique using fluoresceinylthiocarbamoyl-dextrans (FITC-dex) as probes. The FITC-dex liposomes significantly increased polarization FITC fluorophore due to restriction mobility dextrans. Dextran with larger molecular weight efficiently adsorbed liposomes, in good agreement tendency for polysaccharide-induced (Sunamoto et al. (1980) J. Biochem. 88, 1219--1226). seemed be related fluidity membranes, since dextrans were more egg lecithin than dipalmitoyl at 25.0 degrees C. However, did not cause a significant change membrane itself under adopted this work; ascertained from sodium 8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonate (ANS) intercalated close surface liposomes.
