摘要: Differences in expenditures for medical care among various subgroups the population according to age, income, residence, and ethnicity have important public policy implications. However, few efforts been made assess extent which these apparent differences observed social surveys may be influenced by measurement error. This paper provides a framework examining impact of kinds error including random biases. The is applied data on hospital from national survey health services expenditure includes addition consumer reports, verifying information hospitals, physicians, third-party payers who provided persons sample. Differential demographic characteristics estimated. such differential conclusions about distribution resources discussed.
