摘要: The phase diagram of the system GeSe2-SnTe is studied by means X-ray diffraction, differential thermal and measurements microhardness density material. unit-cell parameters intermediate phases α-3GeSe2·SnTe (phase A) GeSe2·2SnTe B) are determined as follows for A: a=0.7955 nm, b=0.6969 c=0.6064 α=91.47°, β=85.90° B: a=0.6063 nm. melts congruently at 500°C a polymorphic transition takes place T α?↔β=400°C 385°C decomposes to peritectoidal reaction α-3GeSe2·SnTe+SnTe.
