摘要: Myosin is a mechanochemical transducer and serves as motor for various motile activities such cell migration, cytokinesis, maintenance of shape, phagocytosis, morphogenesis. Nonmuscle myosin in vivo does not either stay static at specific subcellular regions or construct highly organized structures, sarcomere skeletal muscle cells. The cellular slime mold Dictyostelium discoideum an ideal "model organism" the investigation movement cytokinesis. advantages this organism prompted researchers to carry out pioneering biological, biochemical, molecular genetic studies on II, which resulted elucidation many fundamental features function regulation most abundant motor. Furthermore, recent biological research has revealed that unconventional myosins play functions vivo. In article, how are regulated dynamic manner cells reviewed discussed.
