摘要: Molecular data were used to study the diversity of mytilids associated with sunken-woods sampled in Solomon Islands and discuss ‘wooden steps deep-sea vent’ hypothesis proposed by Distel et al. First, COI a barcoding approach confirm presence four distinct species. Analyses 18S rDNA dataset then confirmed that these sunken-wood belonged monophyletic group including all species from reducing environments. Finally, we analyzed relationships within this include Bathymodiolinae using combined analysis mitochondrial ND4 genes nuclear 28S. Our supported hypothesis: one had basal position Bathymodiolionae, described vent seep mussels included our analyses derived taxa Bathymodiolinae. To cite article: S. Samadi al., C. R.
