摘要: We have studied electrical properties of ITO/azo-calix[4]arene/Al diodes by means current–voltage measurement and impedance spectroscopy in a wide frequency range. The devices with an structure could be modeled as simple combination resistors capacitors. spectra can discussed terms equivalent circuit model designed parallel resistor Rp capacitor Cp network series Rs. extract numerical values these parameters fitting experimental data. Relaxation processes been identified too from the spectroscopy. Their deduced data to given dielectric relaxation time ms range exponential trap distribution.
