摘要: The impact of maternal vitamin D status in pregnancy on the extraskeletal health offspring has become a "hot topic" with potential for cost-beneficial prevention. objective this study was to systematically review level I and II evidence. Papers reporting supplementation combination other supplements, or not 25OHD outcomes excluded. Six 24 finally included. In studies, resulted increased birthweight one study, but showed no effect five studies. cohort case-control higher intake, 25OHD, associated large only, modified by receptor polymorphisms race (U-shaped Caucasians unconfirmed study). risks HIV mother-to-child transmission, rhinitis symptoms eczema lower. Data conflicting respiratory infections wheezing, whereas U-shaped associations inhalant allergen-specific IgE at years schizophrenia reported risk type diabetes 15 lower unchanged. It is concluded that suggest an several outcomes. U-Shaped warrant caution.
