摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this article is to explore the difficulties facing entrepreneurs in three groups women Israel: immigrant from Former Soviet Union (FSU), belonging Palestinian Israeli minority and Jewish majority population. Relying on stratification approach, authors investigate extent which labor market, resource women-specific disadvantages constrain women's entrepreneurship within these groups. Design/methodology/approach target research population consisted 477 who operated businesses between 2009 2010.
