摘要: Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array and fluorescence detection was applied to the systematic screening of chlorophylls derivative pigments. The chromatographic procedure proposed made it possible successfully separate identify eight chlorophyll derivatives (the a b forms chlorophyll, chlorophyllide, pheophytin pheophorbide) by using linear gradient methanol, acetone ammonium acetate. method has been routinely study degradation during postharvest storage cherimoya (Annona cherimola, Mill.) fruits. brilliant green colour even at maturity, its high chlorophyllase Mg-dechelating activities, indicate that this plant material might be suitable for investigating as yet not well known breakdown processes.
