MoS2 nanoflowers and their field-emission properties

摘要: A study was performed on MoS2 nanoflowers and their field-emission properties. The were formed by heating a MoO2 thin film in vapor sulfur atmosphere. It found that excellent field emitters displaying current density of 0.01 10 mA/cm2.
