摘要: A computer simulation system is developed to estimate the affected-layer generation in grinding process. finite difference method applied analyze heat flow, carbon redistribution austenite and structural changes workpiece. The initial structure of workpiece input engineering work station (EWS) through a microscope, CCD camera video board, which binarized with image processing technique used for numerical computations. simulated results distributions temperature, microstructure concentration are shown pseudocolor images on display EWS. process can be also any given hypoeutectoid steel under condition. present determine theoretically best combination variables advance.
