摘要: The prevalence of REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) has been estimated to be around 0.5 % in the general population, while patients with Parkinson’s disease frequency ranges between 40 and 46 %. Current criteria for diagnosis RBD do not specify a clear quantitative cut-off muscle activity, that is, how much EMG activity during is normal, at what point does it become abnormal? It important correctly diagnosed as (1) can first manifestation neurodegenerative disease, (2) involve serious injury patient and/or bed partner, (3) because treatable disorder. In this review we seek improve situation move toward more objective RBD. time come from qualitative diagnosis. Increased tonic phasic should quantified. Cut-offs have now established: combination “any” mentalis both flexor digitorum superficialis muscles yielded 32 (AUC 0.998) idiopathic Parkinson Such cut-offs help make avoid false positive
