摘要: Tetrafluoroethylene-propylene elastomer-octavinyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (TFE/P-OVPOSS) composites containing various percentages of OVPOSS are prepared via room temperature milling and heat vulcanization at 170°C. The characterized by FTIR, 13C-NMR, 29Si-NMR, XRD, DSC, SEM, tensile test, DMA, TGA. crosslink bond formation between TFE/P conforms to the structural characterization composites. cages aggregate when dosage is more than 6 as observed from XRD curves SEM images. swelling test shows that experimental density lower calculated density, indicating not all reacted vinyl groups converted into bonds. Meanwhile, incorporation significantly enhances mechanical property elevates glass However, thermal only improved slightly. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Sci. 130: 1281-1288,
