摘要: Vulnerability and risk assessment can be evaluated in a deterministic or probabilistic way this paper makes comparison between the two approaches. A 2-D reinforced concrete frame, design according to Romanian norm, was studied. Starting from capacity curve obtained with static non-linear analysis, fragility curves were ploted an average damage index for performance point of structure calculated. In approach influence uncertainties states thresholds is investigated on vulnerability curves. The results coefficients variation simulated as random variables, meaning 10% 20%, are also compared. used procedures based spectrum method Monte Carlo simulations.
