摘要: Chinese hamster ovary cells are among the biotechnologically most relevant production systems for biopharmaceuticals. With availability of genomic sequences hamster, rational biotechnology-driven approaches to optimize this cell factory have become available. Here, we review current status noncoding RNAs as members post-transcriptional operon concept in context line engineering and bioprocessing. In addition, suggest that they already now keep their promises tools increasing specific productivity thus time space yield biopharmaceutical production, a feature will allow more cost efficient processes future.
