摘要: The proprietary Chinese medicine (PCM) has become a significant supplement of modern medicine. Nevertheless, the absence quality control standard compatible materials in PCM led to serious adulteration, which an extremely bad effect on safety drug use and clinical efficacy. Here, tracing evaluation strategy 32 Aconitum medicines (APCMs) was established, including data normalization, model development, verification, unknown prescription cracking. delimited based weighted content total 9 key alkaloids 24 APCMs, were 5.65-57.10 μg/g for extract 42.62-380.61 powder medicines. Three newly published commercial Wangbi Tablet, Granule, Fengshigutong Capsule, used verify its reliability results proved be positive. Moreover, novel cracking approach proposed decode each material five prescriptions Yaoxitong Tongrendahuoluo Pill, Xinbao Dahuoluo Mugua Pill.
