摘要: Synthetic vesicles have been assembled and coassembled from phospholipids, their modified versions, other single amphiphiles into liposomes, block copolymers polymersomes. Their time-consuming synthesis preparation as stable, monodisperse, biocompatible liposomes polymersomes called for the elaboration of new synthetic methodologies.
