摘要: Abstract Extrauterine leiomyosarcomas, because of their relative rarity, are poorly understood in regards to malignant potential and biologic markers. Many human tumors characterized by overexpression p53, a tumor suppressor protein, expression nuclear proteins associated with proliferation, such as proliferating cell antigen (PCNA) Ki-67. We examined these markers 44 extrauterine leiomyosarcomas from 10 men 25 women who ranged age 82 years (mean, 56 yr). Clinical follow-up was obtained 34 (97%) 35 patients, p53 studied two monoclonal antibodies (1801, D07) use an retrieval method. present 19 (43%) cases, whereas Ki-67 PCNA staining were seen 29 (66%) 36 (82%) respectively. There no correlation between overall survival or recurrence expression. conclude that Ki-67, expressed large number leiomyosarcomas. In this study, the did not predict behavior.
