摘要: Abstract The increasing production of nanomaterials will in turn increase the release nanosized byproducts to environment. aim this study was evaluate behaviour, uptake and ecotoxicity TiO 2 earthworm Eisenia fetida . Worms were exposed suspensions containing 0.1, 1 10 mg/L for 24 h. Size showed aggregation particles up 700 μm with laser diffraction. Only worms at bioaccumulation titanium (ICP-AES), expression metallothionein superoxide dismutase mRNA (Real-time PCR) induction apoptotic activity (Apostain TUNEL). did not induce cytotoxicity on cœlomocytes, but a significant decrease phagocytosis observed starting from 0.1 mg/L. In conclusion, their reactive oxygen species could be responsible alteration antioxidant system worms.
