摘要: By patterning the domains in ferroelectric crystals, it is possible to introduce periodic changes sign of nonlinear susceptibility waveguide frequency conversion devices. Appropriate choice spatial modulation allows quasi-phasematching any interaction involving radiation transparency range crystal. Room temperature second harmonic generation visible and difference infrared have been demonstrated.
